Diet Tips 30 Days before the Wedding Ceremony

It is always a good idea to start taking care of yourself at least a month before the wedding.

In more detail, let’s see what you need to adopt, prefer, or what you need to limit or even avoid.

  • Choose small, frequent meals.

Try to have frequent snacks in the day (around a snack every three hours).

Don’t forget to have an excellent, balanced breakfast.

Make sure you organize your snacks.

For dinner, choose to have something relatively light about three hours before going to bed.

Such a habit will boost your metabolism without stressing your body.

  • What to reduce

Try to reduce saturated fats (e.g ., full-fat cheese, fatty meats, chips, croissants, sweets, ready meals).

Also, limit or better avoid added sugar (soft drinks, ice cream, etc.).

These foods do not offer anything beneficial to your body;

on the contrary, they may have the opposite results.

  • What to prefer

Choose to have foods rich in nutritional value on your plate, such as:

fish, seafood, chicken, oily, vegetables, low-fat cheese such as cottage cheese, cream cheese.

You might want to add unsalted nuts to your diet as they are rich in good fats and antioxidants.

Finally, choose a variety of fruits and vegetables, which, in addition to vitamins, minerals,

and trace elements, are also rich in water, which will make your skin glow.

  • What to AVOID

You should avoid extreme diets and “popular weight loss pills and supplements.”

If you are a few pounds overweight and want to get rid of it, do it RIGHT.

Depending on how many pounds you have to lose, plan and diet as soon as possible.

If, for example, you have to lose 10 kilos, it is impossible to do this a month before the wedding,

as you will end up being exhausted and losing fluid and muscle mass, but definitely not fat.

  • Drink plenty of water

Make sure you keep your body constantly hydrated.

Avoid excessive alcohol and caffeine as they are diuretics and can dehydrate you.

Alcohol will also give you extra calories if you overdo it.

  • Exercise

Remember to exercise. You do not need to go to the gym,

and you can still work out both at home and outdoors by walking for about half an hour a day.

Exercising will make your body look more beautiful, and at the same time,

it will give you both physical and mental well-being.

Thus, choose the workout that best suits you and make sure you exercise 3-4 times a week.

Diet Tips 1 Day before the Wedding Ceremony

As time flies very quickly, a month has already gone by, especially when you look forward to such a pleasant event.

So what should you look out for the day before the wedding to have even more energy?

  • Breakfast

We’ve all pretty much heard of its importance. It is good to have breakfast in our daily lives anyway.

However, if you are not used to it, try to have a good breakfast, at least on the most important day of your life.

Why; Because it will give you the energy you need to meet the next day’s demands.

  • What should your wedding day include as a bride-to-be?

If you are not on a diet, ensure that you meet your nutritional needs in energy,

carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, and trace elements at least one day before your wedding.

1. Make sure there is variety in your diet. Have 2 – 4 fruits, 1-2 servings of raw nuts, and vegetables at every main meal.

2. Choose to have good protein sources such as fish, chicken, eggs, vegetables, lean meat.

Also, choose whole grain products rather than plain carbohydrates.

3. If you crave sweets, eat some dark chocolate rich in antioxidants and give you energy.

4. Be careful with the amount of food you eat at each meal.

Make sure you eat enough to go hungry, which may lead you to lose energy.

But don’t excessively, which may cause drowsiness and a swollen belly.

5. Take care of your adequate hydration. This will show on your skin!

Remember that if your skin is dehydrated, make-up is unlikely to ‘sit well’ on your skin and last longer.

Therefore, it is highly recommended to drink 1 ½ – 2 liters of water a day.

Avoid excessive caffeine and alcohol as much as possible as they contain diuretic properties and may dehydrate you.

6. A day at least before the wedding, try to avoid fried and ‘stodgy’ meals.

7. It is also a good idea to have your dinner three hours before bedtime.

8. Also, make sure you go to bed before 11:00 pm to be relaxed the next day.

9. Finally, if you have arranged a hen’s night, try not to do so a day before your wedding as it is highly likely

that the ‘all-nighter’ will show on your face the next day.

Diet Tips for the Wedding Day

You have woken up, and you have a wonderful day ahead of you, but it is often accompanied by stress.

Let’s do the best we can! Diet until the bride sets off for the church.

Because this day is usually stressful, many brides often forget to eat or have no appetite.

What can be done about it?

In general, depending on the time the wedding is planned, make sure you have eaten at least three hours before.

So you will have the energy to endure the many hours that will follow.

As for the portion size, make sure that your portions are neither large nor small for the reasons mentioned above.

Also, you should avoid very fatty and ‘stodgy’ meals.

  • The Best Bride Breakfast

Your breakfast should combine both quality and taste!

So you can have meals that you know are good for you, but you like and enjoy eating them at the same time.

Let’s see the options below.

  • Breakfast options

Toast ( preferably wholemeal bread.

Wholemeal bread with tahini, honey, and a little cheese – Cream cheese

Smoothies with milk or yogurt, fruits, and nuts.

Yogurt with honey and toast.

Omelet or boiled eggs with wholemeal bread and a little butter.

Cereals with milk. Your grains should be plain without a lot of sugar.

You could add honey, fruit, and a few nuts.

Avocado spread on a slice of bread or toast (extraordinarily nutritious and filling)

  • Drink options

Finally, if you feel stressed, you can drink some infusions such as chamomile, which have a tranquilizing effect.

Avoid too much coffee, and do not forget to drink water.

Conclusion

All of the above are general guidelines for a balanced lifestyle that we should adopt and follow throughout our lives.

These are not personalized tips and instructions as each person is unique, having their way of life, habits, health issues, etc.

Brides often emphasize the wedding dress, make-up, moisturizing products,

and forget about taking care of themselves from the inside out.

Therefore, rest, sleep properly, eat properly, hydrate properly, exercise,

and you will shine from the inside out on this big day, which shine will reflect in your photos.
