A French Love Story in Greece
A French micro wedding in Athens
A French Love Story in Greece | A French micro wedding in Athens
Last summer, I had the privilege of photographing a micro wedding in Athens.
Jeremie & Elodie, a delightful French couple, exchanged their vows at a private sea-view villa.
Theced luxury is the raw beauty of nature, and the Athenian Riviera is a stunning setting.
With only their baby daughter and parents present, the day felt intensely personal, warm, and authentic.
The villa, with its elegant interiors and floor-to-ceiling windows, offered breathtaking views of the deep blue Sea.
The soft, natural light created an ideal atmosphere for a day filled with meaningful moments.
As I moved through the villa, I was struck by how every detail felt intentional.
Elodie was surrounded by delicate floral arrangements that mirrored the villa’s aesthetic.
There was no rush, no chaos—just a heartfelt ritual setting the day.
Her elegant and understated dress celebrated her personality and the love she shared with Jeremie.
A few rooms away, Jeremie was preparing to wear his suit, assisted by his father.
The gentle interactions between father and son reflected their close family bonds.
As the preparations wrapped up, anticipation for the ceremony began to build.
The pool area was arranged with minimalistic elegance with a few floral accents.
The space felt intimate and expansive, allowing the focus on the couple and their loved ones.
What I loved most about this wedding was how every moment unfolded naturally.
More significant events also lack the subtle interactions that make a day memorable.
But here, with such a small, close-knit group, every smile and whispered word felt significant.
This wedding was a highlight that memorable celebrations should focus on what truly matters:
Authentic connections, family bonds, and the beauty of sharing life’s moments.
