Street Photographers in Greece Athens
An in-depth study by classical street photographers like Henri Cartier-Bresson, Robert Frank, Robert Capa, Nikos Oikonomopoulos, Josef Koudelka, etc., made me love street photography.
Essentially it is about transforming the reality that exists in all great works of art.
It is the belief, or the illusion, that you have defeated death.
In photography, the ease of the medium is also great difficult because the nature of the camera is to represent reality faithfully.
But aside from all this, the joy of the process of going out on the road and making some frames beyond the result is critical and often redemptive.
The intense contrast in street photography is one of the elements of my image that helps me express and gain a certain style and identity, but that doesn’t mean that anything will change in the future.
I wouldn’t say I like the confidence of the maniac and the repetition.
Another psychological reason for this intense ink is that it offers me a kind of eternal balance with wedding photography. My images are just the opposite, very bright and dreamy in the main.
